    Hey peeps,

    I've made a google doc documenting a collection of build ideas and bugs quite a while ago, since Gala is no longer updating his idea doc - I thought I might copy the concept and make my own so it can be updated (plus it's much longer ;D), and decided I should share it with you guys!

    This is basically a compilation of ideas based off of Gala's ideas, my own, and the community's, so if you guys would like to add/change anything, feel free to do so - it's the main reason I wanted to post it here.

    Nothing in the doc is final as it is just a list of ideas/bugs/others that have not been approved (besides one or two that you already see ingame :b) ^^

    Feel free to add your feedback on these ideas, so that we can see which are worth adding, which are not, which need work etc. I will try add more ideas to it if I see any good posted by the community or if I come up with any.

    Here's a little collection of bugs I noticed on build:

    • redstone actualisation bug, apparently only happen on some maps
    • minecart/boat bug: when you disconnect from you map while being in a boat or a minecart, if you reconnect on the same build server, you will be in the hub at the same coordinates in the boat/minecart
    • item frame PVP bug: when you try to destroy an item frame with an item in it, it just says "you may turn on PVP in our map settings if you wish to fight"
    • World edit reseting maps, quite frequent when using brushes, if the brush commands aren't working anymore and you leave your map, when the brushes will 'come back', it will try to make and edit on an unloaded map, and reset it entirely.

    Also, I would love to have "access to CS without restrictions" (page 3) with VIP rank, but I think you meant VS, and do MVP have access to GoBrush too?

    I love the published map thing, I think it would be cool to link it with the forum too, like, being able to vote for a map from the forum with a ranking of the best maps accessible from here too (idk how you would be able to 'see' the map from the forum tho, some websites have maps visualisation system like this one, or maybe just by linking a thread to it?)
    Other than that, more plugins, less restrictions, sounds good to me.
    Also, I like the idea to give actual benefits from purchasing ranks on build (other than a few more maps). As a regular player, I've never thought about purchasing anything here, which is quite surprising, a server usually want players to at least consider purchasing stuff.

    I meant CS, CS is craftscript, and one of its functions (which is absolutely amazing), is to repeat a pattern in a circle in any given degree.

    Still debating if Voxel should be a default feature or donator feature. I'm leaning towards default because of how useful it is and how many people would want to use it, but then again, its usefulness is a good for revenue.

    In my doc, the GoBrush is a VIP+ feature, but would be heavily restricted unless you're ELITE+, where no restrictions are present.

    Again, all this is subject to change, if you have better ideas as to which rank should have one, feel free to suggest.

    I like this idea :open_mouth: can create competition for builders, which may motivate them to build more :open_mouth:o

    This could be FFA. Also, do you have a link for this plugin? I don't seem to find it.
    In my opinion, since VoxelSniper gives you much more diverse variety of useful commands than WorldEdit, it could be a plugin for ranked players (each rank with a specific amount of restrictions or none) to access or a purchasable thing on the store.
    GoBrush is a must-have. Restrictions might be necessary due to the size of terrains you can create at a single time. So like VoxelSniper I think this could have restrictions based off the rank, higher it is, more you get.

    Adding to that, if it's not to hard to code, allow 1.8 maps on the 1.12 server, exept you cannot place 1.9+ blocks on them. Probably too hard to code though.

    In order to do this, a plugin would have to be created to trick minecraft into thinking there are jukeboxes everywhere while allowing regular building.

    It can be used to change map name colors, so this is unnecessary to me.

    This is the best way to go about it to keep things simple.

    Added to the document under “/forward” in Commands section:
    /mhistory or /mh (meaning “map history”), shows you a list of clickable maps on chat that you have recently joined (since last log in the server).

    When I mean 2 custom music/songs, I mean by a playlist of 2 songs. But you're right, it's not necessary, it'd just be cool to add.

    Similar to the above, the colored map names is not cool to add, but not necessary, but still cool xD

    I like the gamemode lock idea because the owner can choose what people are doing on their map, ie, a parkour - you don't want people flying around in creative, a gamemode lock would fix that. Of course, you can opt not to have a gamemode lock at any time.

    Prices can be easily changed anytime for map extensions, just a rough idea, if you have a better idea, please suggest ^. And what I mean by tiles is that if you want a map expansion, you can decide how much you would like to expand it by and where, which is where tiles come in. You can choose what tiles (16x16, so one chunk) that's outside of the boundary, that you want to build on.

    UHC type boundaries is the idea.

    /gravity is especially good when you want to make terrain out of sand, which gives a nice spike/moundy/whatever effect. Disabling that would be extremely annoying because you have to update it yourself. Maybe make it so it only allows gravity on brush commands cuz otherwise it's lag machine - brushes have limits to them anyway so yeah. I know //fast exists, but Brawl is already //fast'ed, no blocks can update if it's made with WE.

    /toggletp is not needed, I agree, but still, would be cool to add, and if someone keeps following/stalking you and you're on a diff map, it may come in handy.

    I think /halt is just /stoplag. The "all intensive server activity has been halted" command.

    Hawkeye sounds interesting ;O
