KitBrawl Frequently Asked Questions!​

This thread is going to be a list of questions that are asked frequently on KitBrawl, it is to help give more clear and easy answers to newer players with all the needed information! We hope this thread helps you!

Q: How do I play KitPvP Soup or Gun FFA?
A: Join Brawl.com, use the compass and select KitBrawl (the soup) then click on the server that it displays in the GUI. Next, when you're in the KitBrawl lobby you'll need to either go to the left portal and walk inside for Soup FFA, or the right portal for Gun FFA. You can also use the compass and select either the soup item (Soup FFA) or the diamond hoe item (Gun FFA) or type /ffa to join the Soup FFA or /guns to join the Gun FFA.

Q: Where can I find the rules for the server?
A: Server rules can be found here and server specific to KitBrawl here. You can purchase unban here.

Q: What mods are allowed on the server?
A: You can find the list of allowed and disallowed modifications here.

Q: I believe I was falsely banned/muted. What can I do to get unbanned?
A: You can appeal a ban/mute here, it is highly suggested you create and log in to your forums account before posting an appeal. Appeals should be in full detail and always provide as much evidence as you can to show you were falsely punished, this includes videos and descriptions of what happened when you were punished and why you think you were punished.

Q: Where can I view my ban/mute history?
A: You can view your ban/mute history here (you may need to add your username to the end of the link). However, do not ask for names of Staff Members that may have punished you. If you've been banned for 12 hours for "cheating" or it displays on your history an automatic ban, this means our anticheat has banned you and not a Staff Member. Do not fear though as we accept most appeals made for being falsely banned by the anticheat!

Q: How can I view my warnings?
A: You can do it by typing /warnings in-game to see your currently active warnings from recent offenses and rule violations. You can also check your warnings through the ban/mute history page as linked above.

Q: How do I heal?
A: Depending on the arena you have chosen to play in, whether that would be the Soup FFA or the guns FFA. If you've chosen the Soup FFA, you can heal by right-clicking and eating the mushroom stew you are given, this will heal 4 hearts each time! If you've chosen the Guns FFA you should have an item (yellow dye), renamed "Canned pasta" in your hotbar, you can heal by right-clicking the canned pasta you are given, this will also heal 4 hearts each time!

Q: How do the server events work?
A: These events are usually automated and happen with delays. The event will be announced shortly before happening, currently, the only automated event is potion drop. Potion drop is an event where a potion in an area falls from the sky, when you walk over this potion you take its effects, be the first to grab hold of it though as there is only 1 potion each time!

A2: Events can also be hosted by the Staff Team/Moderators on our servers, they may host mini-games for fun and for the community to get involved with and have fun at any time, or they may host full scheduled events, these events will be announced here, and have the chance to win prizes including ranks!

Q: How do I get new kits?
A: You can buy new kits in the KitBrawl in-game shop. You can access this shop by right-clicking the chest in your inventory when outside of one of the FFA arenas or duels. When you see the kits in the GUI you can read the description by hovering over them and buy them by left-clicking icon of the kit you want to purchase and select "Yes". Be sure you have the right amount of credits and the correct level for purchasing your kit, as some kits you may need to be a higher level to access!

Q: How do I earn credits and gain experience to level?
A: Jump into the action! You can earn credits and experience for leveling by joining in fights in the FFA arenas, the more damage you do the more credits you earn!

Q: How do I shoot in the Guns FFA Arena?
A: Left-click while holding your gun to aim, right click your weapon to shoot. Left-click again to stop aiming, press Q to reload. Some weapons will have short delays before shooting.

Q: Is teaming allowed?
A: No, teaming is not allowed on KitBrawl and is punishable, read more information on our server-specific rules here.

Q: A player is breaking the rules, what am I supposed to do?
A: If you suspect a player is breaking the rules, do /report <playername> <reason>. This will notify all of the in-game staff members and they will most likely investigate and see if that person can be held accountable for their actions. If a player is breaking rules in chat by spamming, threatening or attacking other players, do /chatreport <playername>. You can also report players here.

Q: I saw a player running around with a lot of particles around them. What's that?
A: Those are cosmetic effects, such as killstreak trails, kill or death effects. They can be bought in FFA shop (Nether Star) using credits or purchasing them here. Ranks also get access to these cosmetics on KitBrawl, which can be purchased here.

Q: Who can help me in-game?
A: If you want help, you should contact a Staff Member, you can do this by using, Discord PMs or tagging us in our public discord here. You can use /support in-game to ask our Staff Members questions if there are Staff Members online or use our TeamSpeak server (IP: ts.brawl.com)!

Q: How can I support the server?
A: If you enjoy playing the server, consider making a donation here or purchasing an item from our store here. You can also support the server by voting (do /vote), by creating new server-related content such as YouTube videos and in many other ways. Your support can help the server grow. You can also provide feedback and post your idea on our forums.

Q: Where can I apply for Staff?
A: You can apply for staff here. However, make sure you read and meet the requirements before applying, any applications that do not meet the requirements will be denied!
