hit reg

I know that I been told by Lekosa5 that there are no war devs to fix the hit reg problem. this is where i want to refer back to my other post about the staff team. if the server needs help i would ask around the community to see if anyone would be interested in helping out. obviously you would take the ones that respect other staff and are helpful through the entire Brawl server. Honestly in this day and age almost every other person has some knowledge of coding and I know for a fact that to change the aim mechanics all you have to do (if its java code) is change one line of code to change the x axis position of the bullets. i had to do that on one of the pluggins that me and my friends used on our server
