I put the 2, because I've made a thread like this before.

Unless the handbook was updated very recently, these following questions are not covered in the handbook.

    - Can a sheriff shoot a rogue that is attacking another player that isn't rogue?
    - Can a sheriff bail out players? <--(This one's probably a "duh" question, but I want to be absolutely sure.)
    - Is selling to a horse dealer illegal? Should a sheriff arrest if they catch a player selling to one, or just search them if they're near one, like with a drug dealer.

    1. Nope. Sheriffs can only kill players who have meet a certain pre-requisite. Attacking a non-sheriff player is not one of them.
    2. Sure, it doesn't violate protocol. After large fights, some sheriffs bail out the people they killed. I know I did it a few times.
    3. The chances of you accidentally meeting someone at the horse dealer are pretty much non-existent. That being said, it's not addressed in the handbook, so sheriffs shouldn't be taking action.

    Hope this helped(I think I'm right) :^)

I guess they should arrest for horse selling since the NPC is called "illegal horse dealer" but then sheriffs can't sell horses. So i don't know. EDIT: I'm dumb

The NPC isn't called ''illegal horse dealer'', just ''horse dealer''.

Yeah. That's why I'm wondering should you take action if you see someone near a horse dealer.

Can sheriff arrest people once they looked into their unlocked horses (not through inspector, the way every player does) and found illegals?
