    Horse Dealers. They are perhaps the rarest NPC in the game. You can't even track them on your navigator.
    I was once told there are three of them.

    1. It's in a small town across the river near Columbia Mine.
    2. It's on a farm near Poppy Field
    3. ????

    Where's the third one?

    Pretty sure third one is a few thousand blocks away from shaniko towards prison

    Edit: Frisco not shaniko

    The third one is in Daskyvil, behind the prison.
    Edit: Daskyvil is the town you meant near Columbia. The third one is somewhere in a ranch in a desert.
