Idea Ranking System

Ok basically on the creative server I used to play on they had 4 ranks (Trainee, Novice, Apprentice and Architect) everyone starts as trainee though. The way people would rank up is by doing /submit on their plot (this could be done with maps ofc) and they can then descirbe briefly what the plot is about etc. This then creates like a thing on a page moderators or builders can see and they can the judge it. Judging is done through the use of stars; players must get a certain amount of stars in total. There are 3 things that should be judged on: Terraforming, Organics and Structure. For each of the things players can get up to 5 stars (in total 15 stars). For example if someone going for the Novice rank, they must get a total of 6 stars, one person who got the novice rank had 3 star Terraforming, 2 star organics and 1 star structure. People get more benefits for each rank e.g Novice will have less restrictions then Trainee and maybe more abilities (voxel sniper, mob spawning etc.).
