Idea Xp bottles.

i saw that ppl have been talking about xp bottles to be way to ''overpowered'' and the coders recnetly made so you only store 89% of your xp and that you loose 1 glass bottle each time you use it. So i suggest we make it as it was on old mcpvp, i have never heard anyone think bad about the way they were on 1.7's mcpvp. And you need 1 glowstone dust aswell to make them and they are more efficent since you dont need to look up into the air while using it.
