Rider kit rebalance

Rider is a controversial kit. Something I'd like to see is a change that makes the high mobility and utility of Rider really shine a bit more, so here goes.

1. A Rider who isn't on his horse deals 15% less damage with weapons. This encourages additional strategic play with lava buckets etc.
2. A Rider who is on his horse deals 5% extra damage with his weapons and has a 2.5% damage mitigation bonus.

And now for the good stuff.

1. Rider's saddle (the horse spawner) is changed from a saddle to a special stick when the Rider is mounted on his horse. Right-clicking this will give the Rider's horse a quick burst of speed. And why you ask? Well, the stick is renamed to "Cavalry Charge". See where this going yet? Hecc yes! Any player hit by your cavalry charge will take an intense amount of knockback and take 3 hearts of damage, this can only be done every 50 seconds.
2. Riders that use a sword on horseback will have a swing delay between their hits of 1 second, but will deal half a heart additional damage (before armour mitigation) and root players for 0.3 seconds in the same way that Timelord does.
