Berserker rework

Alright here goes.

The Berserker ​

So berserkers were a class of warrior in the early Dark Ages and during Roman times. They were reputed to be invincible and utterly unstoppable, and for good reason - they often chanted themselves into a trance and were able to ignore any pain for a short while. On top of this they often drove themselves into madness (and fearlessness) by drinking hot or boiling bull's blood before a battle. Their sheer will during a battle was part of the reason that they were reputed to be so dangerous.

But what does Berserker actually do in the current game version?

• Gain bonuses of Speed and Strength when killing a player (15 seconds of each), Strength when killing a hostile mob, and Speed when killing a non-hostile mob.
• (is this still a thing? I'm pretty sure it is but I hardly played Berserker on BrawlHG to be honest) You also get Strength and Speed (modified, doesn't show up in your inventory) for 0.7 seconds after hitting a player.

It's a decent anti-teaming kit and can be used to quickly deal with armoured targets by one-shotting any mob you can, but the kit is either extremely broken (the old Berserker gave Strength 2 with vanilla damage, nuts to that) or useless (MCPvP had the second Berserker ability for a few months, practically useless).

What do I suggest?

• Remove the Strength-upon-hit effect (if it's even in the game anymore)
• Add a new ability - upon taking a certain amount of damage post-mitigation, you gain a Strength effect for a few moments. The ability name would be "Enrage".
