Staff Application Requirements Request.

On this thread https://www.brawl.com/threads/14752/ it should be stated that in some cases the requirements may be looked over if a player provides a big enough benefit for the staff team and would benefit brawl as a whole too, however, the player's maturity must still be good enough to represent the server and staff team.

I think adding this will make it more clear on the issue of requirements being called requirements implies they are required but can be looked over as some players may not be giving fair judgement onto a candidates application due to lacking in areas that may as well be looked over because of their large benefit to the server and the staff team.

It'd also be best to replace "TS3" with discord as that change was made months ago when I requested this change as discord is a more popular used communication than TS3 and also stopped players from applying because TS3 was and is an annoying program to use.


It'd also be nice to add something that limits players applying in the Staff Applications section if they have not been a member of the forums for more then 2 weeks to avoid pointless applications but be a short enough time for users with alts they may be applying on due to forum account loss still be possible.
