Idea Armor Stand Options

So we have armor stands which are cool, but it would be great if you could customize how they are. There should be a separate option menu system just for the armor stands so that you could change such things, like giving them arms, making tiny armor stands, and more. This could give more use to the armor stands in build because if building a city for example, you can populate the city with the armor stands that have their own fun characteristics. I don't know if there is something that could prevent this from happening, but I would like to see something like this be possible.
