    Hey guys, I have an Idea.
    How about adding an option at horses which is called "steal horse". It looks the same like you rob an bus driver. If you kill someone in a fight and his horse is still there you can go to it and use the "steal horse" option. You'll have to wait for example 2 minutes and the horse is unlocked. So now you could sell the horse.
