    Just clicked Multiplayer and I see "MERRY CHRISTMAS". I think it will be good update or something.. When I joined I see that is everyone have TRIAL VIP. Then, when Wool Mix-up mini-game has started I have read this: "THIS IS A PREMIUM MINIGAME"..
    W T F?!
    Now we gonna pay and buy VIPs just to play some good mini-games? Return back to the old Minecraft party... This is just terrible.

    I haven't been on Mcparty in a while, but only god this does not want me to get on again. Trial VIP, no wool mix up, THAT WAS MY FAVORITE! God, I am now thankful that I play warz now instead of Mcparty. These people are trying to make us pay for things we should get for free.

    Trial is a great way to get players to feel what it is like being a donator! The VIP only games are a genius way to make people want to donate. Truth is, not many people wanted to donate before but now more people are donating due to all these cool perks they never had before! I personally think this was a great idea and will help keep the servers running!

    Are you seriously saying that not many people want to donate? These servers are up solely because of donators. They've managed to keep up about a hundred servers, each one costing them! People donate like heck to these servers, and so it's stupid that they want people to donate even more.

    He's saying MCParty was not doing that well with donations.

    EDIT - Also, they have to have lots of money to host the forums, fast servers, etc.

    We're trying to monetize the server best we can. Wool mix-up will be added back when we can fix lag issues.

    But it is now, and they made it so that you need to pay more now, and they can probably use some donations from other servers to boost Mcparty along. But I take your point.

    I think of it like this: If the server is not paying for itself, it is not successful.

    To clear up false rumors:
    We have made two out of the current fifteen gamemodes available to VIP only.
    These gamemodes will not forever be premium only. They will rotate to different games.
    We are trying to find the best balance for providing a reason to donate/shop because running all of the McParty servers is begging to get very costly.
