    I assume that you mean't apply for staff over becoming an Ex Mod. Just be active and helpful in game, forums, and act mature for the most part (until you are staff). Forums activity is more of being engaged with the community and posting ideas and such. Now if you were serious on Ex Mod you would have to be a Mod in the first place and then resign or get demoted.
