Mage Attack Delay / Freeze Spell Glitch.

So I've been noticing lately that with mage, a lot of the times when I'm in PVP it can take up to a full second after right-clicking with the wands before its activated. I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but if you consider how big of a fast pace combat environment this is, it makes a monumental difference. (You could say I'm just not waiting long enough for the xp bar to refill, but that's not it. It happens even when I'm right out of spawn and the first one to attack. It's not every time, but often enough to start to be annoying)

I've also noticed that with the Freeze spell, sometimes it just dead ass doesn't work. I've hit people square in the middle while PVPing and its just a dud. From what I can tell, it looks like players are able to kill either the snowball or whatever entity is riding the snowball just before it hits them. I'll start recording when I play and upload some video of this.
