    Basically this kit would be a monthly battle for a decent prize (2 weeks of Elite + 32 God Apples or what have you) with the classic Raid LMS map but with a few twists.

    I played the last LMS event and it was reasonably fun, with a few problems.
    • Random stuff was spawned in and then taken away again
    • Lags (partly due to my then-bad PC)
    • Targeting
    All of these issues can be fixed.
    So here‘s the deal:
    • No name tags or skins
    • No armor damage taken whatsoever
    • Random chest drops instead of spawns, with kills giving you chest keys similar to KOTHs
    • Bows disabled
    • Pearls with their usual cooldown
    Kit:
    • Full Prot 3/4 armor, unbreakable, no Thorns
    • Sharp 4/5
    • One stack of ender pearls
    • Max. 4 debuffs
    • Rest is up to the player —> fishing rods, blocks, pickaxes, axes, soups of course etc.

    Not sure what you are referring to with this? Loot chests were placed around the spawn 512 blocks in the beginning and a chest hunt event was done (with better than usually obtainable items). Shortly after, an LMS event took place where items were spawned in the centre every now and again (like power ups). Only 1 item was taken away, and this was a Punch III bow, as it was too OP for the event. Other than this, nothing else was taken away during the event.
    Based on the servers performance during the event, I'd say any significant lag was due to your PC.
    Both these play into the Kit PvP side of things. Arguably, what's the point in being careful with what you take to the event (gear space vs soup/pot space) if you would only need to take 1 set (and, could bring their own gear with thorns III on everything?). Likewise with the Kits - What's the point in working, and playing Raid to get good gear etc. if the event has a maxed out Kit?

    This is way too complicated. It would take hours days and even weeks to do this. Why dont you just do some of my mini events. Some of them are 5 min prep time.

    That‘s precisely what I meant :stuck_out_tongue: Certain items just caused massive irritation, and the bows were the main culprits.

    No worries, it was a really bad laptop xd

    Well, one of the issues in that event was despite not showing people‘s skins you‘d still end up getting targeted extremely hard the second your helment popped (in my case after being constantly targeted by 3 people and chased and attacked by them almost ceaselessly). This armor would prohibit at least a little bit of this.
    As I said, Thorns armour would be banned during this.
    I just thought that with this kind of kit less-well off players and teams would still have a chance at competing.

    In my opinion, the staff team shouldn't focus on events currently. There are other important things to get done on raid especially koth. That's what the community wants.
