[MC-WarZ] Game/Map Update

Hey Zombie!

Since the return of WarZ, the staff team has constantly been collecting input from the community on what they want changed. After compiling a good amount of feedback, we have agreed upon a few updates, although minor, are huge game changers. There is more to come in the future!

Non-ranked players will able to teleport

For the past few years, WarZ has had the tping aspect of it only exclusive to ranks. We have made it so everyone has access to teleport to another player with a limit of 20 minutes. Currently, the times are set as:

- Unranked: 20 minute/s
- VIP: 4 minute/s
- MVP: 2 minute/s
- ELITE: 1 minute/s

Along with this change, we also have made it so VIP and Unranked players will now spawn with full leather armor, instead of the casual chestplate. Enderchest access for Unranked players is still being discussed and will decided upon in the future, there are no guarantees that it will be implemented in the game.

P.S: The TPA booster will still be available to set everyone's teleport timer to 1 minute.

Gun changes

As previously announced, we looked into changing guns for more variety of combos in the game. We pulled through with this and decided to update only a set amount of guns. These changes will only last for a week as a TESTING period. Please reply to this forum thread with feedback on the gun changes, what you would change about them, and if you like them. Please keep in mind that these ARE NOT permanent and should not be thought of as such. Please give the guns a chance!
Changes:

- P90 & AK-47: Damage has been buffed & fire rate has been increased
- M1014: Spread upped (nerfed)
- SPAS-12: Nerfed the amount of damage done
- Uzi: Accuracy buffed

Sponges spawn rate reduced

We recently conducted a poll in-game about the current states of sponges, and the outcome was to reduce their spawn rate. The staff team decided that it was best to reduce them by 20%, making them harder to find.

Map Changes

Along with these game changing updates, we have also decided it is best to update some of the spots on the new map, along side bringing back the 3 story enderchest location on the WarZ second map. Only a few pictures will be available on the forum thread, hop in-game to check out these new updates! Primarily, we focused on areas like Gas, Army, and Snow.

All the given updates will be live December 28th, 2018 at 12:00 PM EST / 6 PM CET / 9 AM PST

The guns changed are on the thread. Only those were changed, we’ll be tweaking them through out the day.
