CTF Necro gets exp for breaking sprays

    Also placing a spray on an Engineers turret will block a shot from the turret as if were a web or something, it does break the spray though so only happens once per spray. well it blocks all projectiles once but only really affects engineers since you can place sprays on the turrets itself

    Also at random times when you spray something it will apply a random spray, even ones you dont own. Its also sprayed some other players' heads at times

    Fixed, not sure about the random sprays though.
