Getting kills without killing

    So I was playing ninja for about 10 minutes on CTF #2 (playing 5 minutes before I posted this) and I got to an 8 KS. I then died and realized I had a 25 KS. I was confused and looked at my stats. My kills and KS stats were going up. Here are some screenshots.
    Also as you can see at the end, it said I was playing Elf when I was actually playing Ninja.

    Oh I know what this is: If you do damage to someone and they die by themselves you get a kill. This can happen over and over, like if someone gets glitched and keeps dying. Im not sure if that's what's happening here, but it's my best guess. Just on a larger scale

    If that was the case, shouldn't there theoretically be more of "xy died" in chat? There seems to be only one on the screenshots. (Also iirc wouldn't you also get credits for this? Credits here appear to be normal/correct, though I'm not sure since a recovery alone gives already 10 credits)
    Also take a look at the gametime left on the screenshots. Two seconds before the end, there's a 35 killstreak, after the game has ended, it states a new record of a 52 killstreak. Anyone who dies to a glitch 17 times within 2 seconds... Uhh. Very strange indeed.

    Hmm yeah this could be it, I don't think it sends any death messages like TTD3 suggested

    Oh you're right, I didn't even look for the kill messages. So they're just going up on their own? That's.... bizarre
