Glass Pane Stuck On Wall

So I was just messing around, like I normally do.
And I was like how about I go try to glitch around with ninja.
So i was like wait lets see if I can go get stuck in a wall outside of the map.
So I spammed pearls into the wall on the outside of the map, and it happened to place a glass pane.
And I was like woah maybe I could place another glass pane if I jumped onto it, and spammed pearls into another block down there.
And then the anticheat banned me xD
