    Hey guys-

    I've received 3 false autobans since the reset- one of them was a false Jesus ban after I did a /random into the water, and the other two were for InventoryClicks while I was using a vanilla client and moving stuff around (and clicking a lot of things). It's obvious that adjustments need to be made, and brawl can best make adjustments when they get feedback about false autobans.

    If you get in this situation, remember to file an appeal ( https://www.brawl.com/appeal/ ) and discuss anything you were doing. If you were using a vanilla client, please mention it- you should never be banned while using a vanilla client. Also bans do not remove your inventory or cause damage, and do not count against you for perm bans; appeals are usually very quick and just be patient with staff until they unban.

    And finally, if you see a pattern to it feel free to mention it as a bug to staff (bug reports are here; look for a duplicate of yours before posting a new one: https://www.brawl.com/forums/109/ ). Feedback is necessary so they know what to fix.

    Our anti cheat is getting improvements and fixes on a weekly basis. I can only repeat what you said to continue making it better, thank you!

    Can I just point out that the number of times I've been falsely autobanned since I made a number of complaints about the system dropped dramatically? Good stuff (☭ ͜ʖ ☭)

    I dont understand why brawl doesnt buy the anticheat of a different Server. There are plenty of servers who have a good anticheat, where i havent been banned falsely a single time since 2013. I doubt it is so expensive that brawl cant afford it. Whatever i guess thats up to putty

    Usually i get autobanned when i have issues with my ping but there is no real pattern

    I'd rather have an anti-cheat that bans less blatant hackers too, and occasionally some legit players (which can just appeal the ban, and get unbanned within a few minutes), than an anticheat that only bans the most blatant hackers (like fly), and still manage to falseban.

    I got falseautobanned on badlion and appealed it and got denied :frowning:
