The shotgun situation: why are they even still here?

    So, as a relatively new player, It has come to my attention that the shotguns didn't suck at one point. So they were nerfed pretty bad. At this point why are the shotguns even in the game any more? (besides the model) any shotgun requires so much dedicated training that I doubt that even the veteran players could make a shotgun there main gun. So I think that the shotguns should be brought back in the next update (if not already).

    Thoughts on this?

    NOTE: as someone who has trained with the barret50c for the last month this may be biased so please do some constructive criticism if this thread is completely biased

    Anyways back on track. The shotguns do not suck, not by a long shot, if you've ever played a tdm match in something even like summit, if you're within range of a spas12, and you can't aim fast enough, you're dead. The only shotgun I can kinda complain about is the spas24, it is UP, but other than that I think they're strong, and I mean, really strong in proportion for their level.
    Also, you're a sniper, how the f*ck would you KNOW how hard it is to use a shotgun? That really doesn't make sense to me.

    Exactly what I said in the post

    and compared to people like sargent55 and mafia I am new so I didn't want to look like I was the go to person for all things mc-war
    I joined mc-war 3 months ago...

    Enough about your "TRAINING". No one cares.

    ONTOPIC: I agree. They all do need to be buffed. What is really sad is that the prestige shotguns are horrible too. (Typhoid is okay)

    I think they are alright except m1014 and spas24. Those guns are as underpowered as a gun can get.

    I have to admit, I have missed winning opportunities in GG because of the spas. For a prestige gun.... needs a little more power!

    jkzoom, the shotguns don't ALL suck, but if you unnerfed them they would be really overpowered and would bring an unfair game.
