Sort of a follow up from my previous idea about player retention on game modes.

I think one way to keep players coming back is coming over as professional as possible. One way to do this is to make them feel welcome. Again like previously make them have the option when joining the hub to have a quick follow-through through the lobby, briefly explaining the game modes as you get teleported by them. Explaining our voting-system and the tokens as well as explaining there are frequent events etc. you get the deal.

Of course, leave the option to skip through this tutorial as this could be annoying for alts or people that just want to play directly as they might have seen stuff online already.
