Add command /ip and /server

    Since there are two party servers you sometimes get confused about which one you are on. Me personally use the command /ip a lot on MC-WarZ and used to on MC-War to check what server I am on.

    However /ip just responds unknown command but when I do /server which also should be fixed or added it shows something weird, the first image.

    On MC-WarZ is how it looks like on the second imagine, it should be like that on MinecraftParty but obviously switched so it says party instead.
