Raid 2v2 Bracket Tournament​

Hello Brawlers,

You guys have been requesting a tournament, so we thought we'd deliver! If you want any other events, please let us know! You can PM either @Prouddyyy or @Lichterfelde on here, discord or in-game for any suggestions or feedback; you can also just comment on this thread. This event will replace the sumo tournament for next Friday.

☰ What

The Raid 2v2 bracket tournament is going be a series of 2v2 fights. There will be no gear provided for this, so make sure to bring your own gear!
There will be four different types of kits:

• Diamond (p4)
• Diamond (reg)
• Iron (reg)
• Stone sword (no armour)

The gear you will have for your fight will be chosen by you and the players you're going up against, and if you can't decide, it will automatically be in iron.

The bracket for this tournament will be announced in the Raid Community Discord short before the event start, you can join it here.

In order to sign up, please enter your own, and your teammate's name here. Please speak to your teammate before signing up to avoid confusion.

☰ Gear limits
As you will be bringing your own gear, there will have to be gear limits. If you exceed these limits, you will have your gear taken away from you, or will be disqualified from the fight. You will also not be allowed to use the shop during the fight, it will be disabled within the arena.

The restriction for the P4 Diamond kit are the following:

• Maximum one set
• No debuffs
• No gapples
• Maximum two sets of recrafts

The restriction for the Regular Diamond kit are the following:

• Maximum one set
• No enchantments on the armour
• Sharpness III diamond sword
• No debuffs
• No gapples
• Maximum two sets of recrafts

The restriction for the Iron kit are the following:

• Maximum one set
• Protection I armour
• Sharpness I diamond sword or Sharpness II iron sword.
• No debuffs
• No gapples
• Maximum one set of recrafts
• Maximum one set of potions

The restriction for the Stone Sword kit are the following:

• No armour
• Stone sword
• No potions (including debuffs)
• No gapples
• Maximum one set of recrafts

Date: 29th of February (Saturday)
Time: 1PM ET / 6PM GMT / 7PM CET / 8PM EEST

☰ Prizes

1st: Two weeks of ELITE*
2nd: Two weeks of MVP*
3rd: Two weeks of VIP*
*You get to choose the server, it will not be global.

(If you already have a rank, the time will be added on, or will be given when your current rank expires. Prizes may also be gifted to friends (if you have any.))

☰ Conclusion

We hope to see as many of you there as possible for this event. Make sure to prepare in advance, and if you don't have enough gear yet, there is plenty of time to get on Raid and make some!

The point of not providing gear is to encourage grinding, so probably never.

 

You can still participate in this event, it's literally just an iron set you need - and if you win, you get to keep the loot.

 

The gear is decided by the people that fight against each other, it is by no means mandatory to fight in p4, or reg diamond. If the two players who go up against each other can't decide on what gear they want to use, it'll be in iron.
