    does this map 1.16 have mooshroom islands in it or is it blocked off because of the 10k border?

    It indeed does have mushroom biomes.

    Usually adding mushrooms that can respawn has effects I believe, so we don't have respawn able moosh cows. We can discuss it if anyone feels it should change and that they should respawn.

    moosh cows dont really matter, just build a melon farm
