I would like to start with the fact that, no i will not download it if not permitted and haven't yet. But when i make maps with forest, its annoying to have to clear trees one block at a time, specially when i need a big space. Which is why im wondering if mods that only allow for easy tree clearing are allowed.

I would believe it wont be a huge deal if you had it, but there is other ways besides 1 block at a time. I usually just use world edit to clear trees. say it's oak, id do //replacenear 5 17,18 air

I wouldnt say it is unallowed, but I can say it would be useless. You don't need to delete trees on build and if you somehow actually need to, you can easily remove them with WorldEdit.

Outside of minecraftbuild however, any mods that gives a gameplay advantages over others is unallowed.
