Brawl Junior Moderator Application​

What is your experience and knowledge of Brawl? - I've been on brawl since 2014. After finding the server off of Jerome's Minecraft Party video. After I got bored of party I decided to check out other game modes on Brawl one of which was Creative. I never really played Creative as much as I played as build but I did make a few pixel arts on it. Whilst on build I participated in roleplays in others peoples worlds before getting an interest in building. Which I made city's I decided to apply for the Build Team but I never had any luck with it. Then the party reset happens which made me get back into party more grinding my way to Wario.

What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - I currently do not have any experience with moderation.

Why do you want to become a moderator on Brawl? - I want to become a moderator on Brawl because in party in particular there has been a bunch of hackers and flame wars unattended for a long period of time.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - Yes I have used a hack client before.

Have you ever been punished (banned, kicked, muted, etc) legitimately on a public Minecraft server? If so, why? - In the past I've been muted a lot. Reasons for these mutes is because I was apart of a very toxic group of build players which I have not been apart of for a good while. But I believed my actions have proved that I am no longer as immature as I used to be.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - Teamwork, Tolerance, Trustful and my knowledge of Brawl to help newer players.

What do you consider your greatest weakness? - Although I am trustful I have a lot of trust issues with people real life and online. I also have a hard time making good impressions on people. My own personal issues can affect my relationships with others.

Thank you for your response. Ways I see my self contributing to party in particular is that I believe that I got some good ideas for game modes inside of party's. It has been a long while since we got a new game modes. And I think the one piece in the puzzle to keep players in party is of course new game modes. I am saying this because once you know what your doing with the games that are present on party I feel like it isn't really a challenge or that exciting to win. Another way I see myself contributing to Party is with community interaction over the past few months I really opened myself up more inside the party community and I love to see new players each day and grow after watching what I do inside the game modes.

 

Ideas that I have suggested recently was a weekly daily quest which I sent to Charlie through dm's on discord


Another idea that I have suggested recently was game mode ideas for party.

Game modes I suggested:

Ewok Hunt: I said this to Charlie in a voice chat in may. It is a game mode from Battlefront 2 called Ewok Hunt. Basically in this game you have 2 teams the Ewoks and the Stormtroopers. The goal of this game is for the Ewoks to kill all the stormtroopers. Ewoks have unlimited life compared to the Stormtroopers who have one life and once a Stormtrooper dies they will become a Ewok. In the game mode Stormtroopers should be equipped with a bow and a sword. The Ewoks would have a blindness potion a crossbow and a sword.

Ghast Hill: This game mode is inspired from Fruit Chute from Fall Guys. Players try to climb up a slope whilst Ghasts are shooting at them backwards. The Ghasts spawn on top of the hill and shootdown fire balls on players who are trying to climb up the hill. The fireballs should knock the player back and down the hill. This would work as a race game with respawns if the player falls off the map.

Capture The Animal: A point gathering game different from Guardian in which you have to capture an animal by picking it up and running it to something like an animal pin to get points. There can be animals worth different points. Using the Chicken Game's animal lineup example: Chicken 1 / Pig 2 / Cow 3 / Rabbit 5. Rabbits are worth a lot due to them being able to jump away which makes it harder to catch.

Build Battle: In this game mode everyone gets a small area to try and copy a small build as fast as possible. The scoring system would work by how much blocks the person in this game mode has placed accurately. And whoever accurately placed the most blocks at the end of the game wins.

Ways that I have contributed to the community recently was in game helping all of the newer players understand the games and how they function. Also if a player gives a idea inside the game I usually give my two cents on what should be changed in there idea. Another way that I have contributed to party recently was by making maps for party.
