A very good way to help stop hackers

    Well, this all started yesterday when I was looking at the old Enjin forums, there was this really good idea to stop hacking. The idea was to download the hacks for the server, then turn them to disabled so anyone who has hacks would have them permanently off on our servers. I realize that there are many hack clients out there and we could never get all of them but is would catch most of the hackers.

    P.S I don't know if having the hacks would prevent people who don't have them to join, so if anyone knows can they please let me know
    P.S.S this isn't my idea but I do not know the name of the person who originally thought of this.

    Don't want to get too detailed, but hacks are client sided, which means they don't interact with the server at all except to send packets that couldn't happen under normal circumstances (I.e. Player hits something behind them).

    Believe me, if you could do this, hacks would be eradicated. As it stands, however, the only thing we can do is look for the "bad" packets and stop them.
