    About 15 minutes ago i was getting on to come play a little mc-war when it said "PlayOffline" i restarted my computer and then i logged out of my account, i tried getting back into my account and then it said "couldn't connect to Java" or something like that. Is minecraft down or is it me?

    It's just you.
    I'd check your packet loss, go to search, open cmd, and ping a site such as google.
    The higher your packet loss percent is, the more lag you have.
