    This had happened to me before a lot actually and its not the map its something odd. What happens is you get stuck in one place you cannot move and you shoot and look in one direction.

    To get out of it, you need to either sneak or relog, I believe it's a bug, since the client and the server aren't synced properly.

    As Brawler says, just shift move to get out of it. Sometimes you need to jump around, WHILE shifting.
