New Zones -poll-

    Okay, I am suggesting 2 new zones that would be IN BETWEEN zones. Maybe we could add a zone better than the 6th but that would be a different thread at a different time.

    overall changes- Flint and steel, hatchets X2 more rare, arrows spawn, more often in higher zones, starting at zone 3.

    Zone 1 - Some towns at the WAY beginning would be zone 1, zone 1 towns just have RARE leather armor and cz75s, with pistol ammo very rarely.

    Zone 2 - remains the same, but armor is a little more rare, and ammo except for pistol ammo is twice as rare.

    Zone 3 - This replaces the old zone 3, this is a new zone that acts differently. Similar to zone 2 but

    -bows and arrows start spawning, arrows are about as common as pistol ammo.

    -about 25% of armor is gold armor(which is 1/2 between leather and iron in durability and protection.

    -SR9 can be found, and CZ550 is a VERY rare find.

    -Ammo becomes more common

    -You can find infection cure and bloodbags uncommonly.

    Zone 4 - Very similar to the old zone 3. Changes include.

    -75% gold armor, 25% iron armor

    Zone 5 - Same as old zone 4

    Zone 6 - Very similar to old zone 4. Changes include

    -You can find desert eagle and MSR

    -More common chance to find mtn dew and gold apples than zone 4.

    -ammo a bit more common

    -Wood guns and SR9 don't spawn

    Zone 7 - Same as old zone 5, but has an EXTREMELY rare chance of dia armor(like x10 more rare than dia in last zone).

    Zone 8 - Same as old Zone 6.
    The main thing I use to support this is the fact that the difference between the current zone 2 and 3 is FREAKING HUGE. Lets compare.

    Zone 2 best gear - Full leather with M590, MP5, and cz75 with a stack of each ammo, half a stack of canned beans.

    Zone 3 best gear - Full IRON (double the health of a leather nub) with AA12, M16, SR9 , and CZ550 with a stack of Pasta and Pepsi! + infection cure and 2 stacks of each ammo.

    Okay lets fight!

    They are at far range! Zone 3 guy snipes leather guy and leaves him with 1 heart, Zone 2 guy runs into noobville. iron guys runs in too, Leather guy uses MP5, and hits the iron guy hard, but not hard enough, as he kept running and used pasta(If a noob MP5's you, you just run and pasta spam). The iron guys turns around and CREAMS him with the AA12 while the leather guy tries to use his M590! Bummer, the leather guy never stood a chance!

    See what I mean? The armor food, ammo, and gun upgrades are bad enough and as you pump in the sniper things become really unbalanced. The above mentioned would make a "transition" between these two zones and allow the lower guy to be able to actually have a chance against the person.

    Plus, lets look at the general difference between all the zones.

    Zone 2 to zone 3, HUGE
    Zone 3 to 4, nothing big except for the AWP
    Zone 4 to 5, pretty big, that Deagle, spas and AK are really better than their zone 4 counterpart. MSR sucks though.
    Zone 5 to 6, technically its really big because the diamond armor, but it is so rare that considering it full diamond by default is a bit wrong, say 2 or 3 pieces of diamond(20 - 50% better than iron armor) and barret, which is a medium difference.

    I think you get my point. Also a little side thing, but Buff the MSR a bit. I know each gun has its "niche" But even if you hit every damn time a full iron can just pasta his way out of it in a jiffy.

    Well, even though they did a "good job" doing this map, they screwed something up big time.

    They created zone three's right in spawn areas giving new spawns easy access to full iron armor/stone guns making them able to kill people from zone IVs who travel far distances just to find themselves with guns that aren't really any different, finding a zone III guy the next 10 minutes, only to find the battle almost equal. The new idea with ARROWS ACTUALLY SPAWNING... HELLO CODERS, AREN'T YA EVER GONNA ADD ARROWS???? HMM?.... and gold armor being added into the equation of tiers making everything fair. I find this post very smart and well thought out. One thing though. I don't see why zone II should have all things more rare than zone I's.

    Sorry i said no, if they did do this the would have to rewrite a lot of plug-ins and most likely make a new map.
    Could it work, yeah but it's a lot of new plug-ins for suck a little change

    Plugin rewriting? Dude, I know alot about how to code in java and in minecraft, and all the work in done for you, they would just have to copy and paste the method / class that makes a zone twice and edit the spawn rates accordingly.
