    So we already have handguns. We have revolvers. Heck, we even have a pistol that shoots shotgun shells. But while playing Battlefield 2, I thought of something. What if there was a burst fire pistol? My idea is based on the 93R, a burst pistol in BF3.
    Name: 93R
    Item type: Unknown ATM
    Ammo type: Ender pearl
    Bullet range: Range of M9
    Damage: Either 2 or 2.5 hearts (4-5 hit points) on leather armor
    Mode: Burst fire
    Delay between bursts: 5 or 6 ticks (same as the other burst fire assault rifles)
    Recoil: 0.1 (in blocks)
    Knockback: 0.5-1 (again, in blocks)
    Clip size: 15-20, likely 15
    Reload: 40-50 ticks (2-2.5 seconds)

    Level: 24

    The 93R is basically an M9 with a 3 round burst, but I balanced the damage. Still, two bursts can kill someone, so it's decently powered. If you aim for the head, less than a burst is needed to kill, so that's a plus.
    I believe this would be a unique addition to MC-War, and it would be easy to add as well. I can even create a configuration for the file if you guys want.

    Make the time between bursts shorter, but this won't be OP, as the damage per bullet would be low(ish). I agree that you shouldn't be able to kill someone with less than 2 bursts, otherwise it'd be OP. Any idea what the unlock level would be?

    The Skullcrusher has a delay of like 11 or 12, so 10 is actually a little fast.

    Well the Python is overused in Mc-war so why not try out a new pistol?

    I like how this isn't op. We do need more pistols in War anyways, so why not give this a shot? Btw, the item for the 93r can be an emerald.

    I have this awesome app from Ghost Recon game. It has some good guns, I might look up in there.
    On topic:
    Well, we could use it, but I would prefer full automatic G18 or Beretta 93R which is 3-round burst. How about B23R, that would be closer to CoD, however, they could code the pistol similar to 23R.

    I like the idea of a burst fire pistol. It would definitely draw some attention away from the overused Python. We only have a small amount of pistols on the server, and I'm sure this one would fit right in.

    I agree, the python is overused a ton, of not the python the magnum every match Im in atleast 5 people have a python or magnum.

    I only took out the Beretta part
    :V

    I wouldn't want a G18, it would just burn through ammo. Combined with the lemon gun, you would run out of ammo in 10 seconds if you weren't good.. :v
