    We need the ranks because of this. It's thousands of dollars per month, and without donations, the servers cannot stay up. Read what chickenputty said
    If the server admins/owners got a real job, then they would be unable to maintain the servers, and there would really be no one to take care of the servers besides the moderators, and they can only do so much compared to the admins and owners.
