Topics on suicide/depression

Nice to see you were respectful about this. I also share this point of view.
Here at McBrawl.com, we want the best for all of our players, and by doing that, with serious problems, such as the likes of Depression, we will always divert you away from our forums, and to people who can actually make a difference and care about you.

 

I agree but dont feel like that if your struggling with that problem your not welcome here. We would love to welcome you to the community , help you any ways that we can and just plain have fun.

Thanks for the respect. I know it is kind of illogical to be posting about your personal life on a public minecraft forum, but if someone is considering killing themselves and they share it don't be an asshole and tell them to go right along. But I do agree this is not the right place for those kinds of topics.

 

I agree with your viewpoint.
My cousin committed suicide so its a sensitive topic.

I am sorry. My cousin did too. Suicide is a bad thing and it doesnt help. If your stuggling here is the suicide help line #1-800-273-TALK (8255)

 

This is the Internet. People could care a lot less about your problems and some of them think you could be lying or faking it.

 

True that the Internet is full of douches, but we must realize some people are very tractable.
But I agree this is not the place for asking for help.

 

Well, I for one (as seen in the plethora of well written responses..) am a survivor of chronic depression, as well as a number of unfortunate ailments that have followed. And so, I do welcome anyone with issues. If you're upset, hurting, sad, hell if you dropped a damn cookie on the ground. Tell me about it. The main thing I never had was anyone to keep track of me, or watch out, or simply ask if I was alright when was really struggling. Used to take sleeping pills because I'd be so scared of my father when he got home from work and the like. The list goes on, not to capitalize on it. However, I am here, and openly welcome and invite any and everyone whom truly needs a voice of reason, or even an audience.
