custom maps and cod map remakes

As all of you are well aware of, cod remakes ged accepted basically everytime. I have noticed only a few custom maps are accepted like dday1, dday2, and warsong. However, some really detailed maps like Jungle Army dont get accepted at all. It itches at me by the fact that people spend all their effort to maps that dont get accepted. I can understand that this is a cod server, but maps like warsong and wild west are not related to cod or combat, yet maps like Jungle Army are in the same category to cod in terms of combat situations. What is your opinion? I do like all the maps we have right now, but it doesnt give potential map builders to see their work ingame and tive them an oppertunity to feel motivated.
