Should I apply for Mod in a few months?

Hey guys well my previous application was bad and I didn't have the post count I am not close to 300 and I will apply at what you think is a good time but I need a good post count I just want your opinions in when I should apply because I am now way more active.

Hey guys I am sorry for my previous application that was a big mistake, I now have 300+ posts and I report players all the time and make bug report threads but most of all I hope you enjoy -Capz.

Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? - Yes, I am active on all the servers especially Minecraft-Party I go on it for about 5-7 hours a day and I help as many people as I can. Not only that but I also go on the Teamspeak for a long time too I am very active on the teamspeak and sometimes people that really need help can go on teamspeak with me and we can talk to eachother and I can talk to the people that need help and give them answers and tips which is very useful. I am very active on the forums aswell as the servers and teamspeak 3 I usually go on the forums to checkout new threads and help out people/give out ideas and reporting people and helping out the server/being helpful. And also teamspeak as been very common I've been talking with lots of staff and we've played servers together not only staff but players too! This is why team speak is very important and I am so active on it.

Which server are you applying for? - I am applying for Minecraft Party as it is my favorite server.

How old are you? - I just turned 14 about 3 days ago.
What time zone are you in? - GMT +8 Hours
What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? - Ahh.. this takes me back a long time ago in 2009 when I played the Pocket edition I have to say it tought me many things but it wasn't as good as the pc version I learn't about building and starting to get to know the game and checking everything out as in looking at the structures and building houses and how blocks look like. Finally 2010 I got to play minecraft on the "Computer", and yes everything was much easier but it was the same as the Pocket Edition because it was Demo but I got to know the controls on the Computer and all that stuff with everything how you get to play on the Computer. Later on in 2010 I got my first minecraft account with the name of xXCapzXx, everything was different and new I learn't all about the game new biomes that I've never seen before and a bunch of new this which was amazing! When Creative came out a whole new thing came to me I started building massive things huge houses using redstone and making cool things to the game which was absolutely amazing. Now when servers came out many new things came to me I learn't to make my own servers and getting a nice business and when I got to know the game a lot I could help people and be a teacher and showing them many new things and telling them about the game. But now when 2012 came I got to play lots of servers which taught me even more new things even guns which gave me an idea of coding which seemed very interesting so yes, minecraft has been a great experience and I know many, many things about the Sandbox game.

What is your experience with moderating servers? - Moderating servers has been common to me in the past year 2013-2014 I've just got moderator on a server named RC-CRAFT not long ago for reporting players and being kind to everyone/helping the server out I also got the position for helping the Owner with Serious issues with the servers and sorting the plugins and griefs. I have also got my own server that I have created which taught me many things with plugins and everything that you need to know to make one of your own servers this may be an upside to my rank since I know many things about plugins and all that. I've also recently got Trial-Mod on CoolZ Server for building a whole spawn catching hackers and giving advice/tips to him which helped him a lot. From what I know I remember some old servers I was Moderator on and Trusted on in 2012 I joined Velo-City, I played everyday for 3 hours it was a building server which was very fun I was so active I learn't about the plugins I always helped everyone and so then I got to get Moderator from rank "General" but later on he had no more donators, sadly the server has shut down due to lack of funding which was sad. After that server had past away I joined another server it was also a building server (I was interested in building at that time) I got to get the rank "Trusted" from the owner for maturity and kindness and also helping people that needed help, which were stuck in building situations or either questions about the server and how you do things on it.

What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - I will provide many goods to the servers and since I'm extremely active I will able to catch hackers/rule breakers and help players on the servers. I am also very active on TS3 I get to talk to players and get to know them more and we can get his friends on and we can all play a server together so I can make the players enjoy and have fun on the server which is great and its really fun to get to know more people so I can have more friends to play with. I am also very active on the forums I will be reporting hackers often and I will make suggestions and give out ideas for the servers and so I can help out. But for Minecraft-Party I always think about ideas out of the blue which is actually very helpful I go on the forums a lot so I can reply to all the new threads and the threads that haven't been answered that much so that'll help with the people with big problems, and since I am active on the forums I can sometimes make Tip threads and Guides for the servers to support the Community.

How active do you consider yourself in-game? - I consider my self active enough to play the game and have fun, and to report hackers and catch people not doing the right thing but out of a grid I consider my self 8/10
How active do you consider yourself on TS3? -I usually go on TS3 to either chat with friends and talk to staff or help people but other then that I go on team speak a lot so out of a grid I consider my self as a 7/10
How active do you consider yourself on the forums? - Well the forums, I go on a lot to help out people and to check latest threads so this is as active as TS3 so I consider myself out of a grid about 7/10, same as Teamspeak.

What do you consider your greatest strength? -Helping people out in real life and helping people in game and I am also good at Maths and English.
What do you consider your greatest weakness? - Preforming in a 1 man show and playing music.

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? - I will tell them nicely stop by using one of the private message commands such as /msg or if they are are on teamspeak with me I will tell them there.
How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? - I will kick the person and make sure they wouldn't do it again even if it was my friend I will kick them with a reason.
How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? - This is the stage when the player has been ignoring me and is being bad, this is when I will tempban the player for an hour with a reason to give them a surprise and to let them know what they have done.

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? - I will politely reply back and check if their answer was correct and if it was I would say thank you for correcting me now I know.
What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? - I will report the thread that they've posted either its immature and they purposely put it in that section. If its a post I will show them the rules of the forums and give them a warn to not do what they have done.
When would you lock a thread? - I will lock a thread when either there is a Flame War going on or everyone goes on off-topic stuff.

Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with? -
Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? - Yes, I do know all about the server.
Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? - Yes.

Immaturity, I am no longer immature as I've been warz mod I've followed everything and I think I am ready.

 

No, I got lots of people banned for hacking and kicked spammers and everything about that. The reason why I got demoted was for immaturity, that can change so if you guys could just see that I can change and MC-WarZ was a bad choice I wanted to be a mcwar mod at that time.

 

Look, Tallscot I know you don't like people getting moderator and I do care about this I really want to try again and help and be a good Mod I can do this if I get 1 last chance.
