    this gamemode is called (insert title here)
    this gamemode basically only lets you choose tier 1 weapons (perks tactical and lethal NOT allowed)
    this would give a chance for newbies because everyone would be on the same level also this would challenge higher levels to compete on a totally even playing field.
    you would not be forced to select m16, l188a, m1014 or usp45 but if you selected a weapon along automatic line when the round starts it would assign you the m16 also if you chose a donor gun it would assign you a random starter weapon.

    If you have perks and tactics, then it would not be "Totally even playing field"
    I see where you are coming from though. We can't strip donaters of their power either. Good idea, but needs tweaking.

    Perks would be unfair since it will give you a huge advantage even if you have a tier I weapon

    I have grown up from stupidity. Pack-A-Punched M16 is a lot better.

    Meh, I do not hate the idea nor love it. Problem would be perks, as that (as stated above) gives an unfair advantage. I see where you are coming from, and I like it, but as pnspi said this needs some tweaking to make it workable.
