    These ideas are ok. I came up with UAV and Care Package on a post in the old fourms (which really doesn't matter) and Hunter Killers don't sound good. I don't really like those perk ideas and you already get two grenades if you donate.

    I would really like an rc-xd. As of I think 1.5(maybe 1.4), you can stack animals on top of other animals. The rc-xd could be a wolf with a tnt-cart that will only kill a random member of the opposing team. When the wolf makes contact, it explodes. Also, I noticed that overkill says to secondaries. It should say another primary to replace your secondary(ex. Skull and iso). However, that would be to OP.

    I think that to many killstreaks would be pretty chaotic. The Gas Mask seems pretty cool, but 10000 credits or three bucks for prevention from a grenade almost no one is affected by might be a ripoff. Maybe like two bucks for the Gas Mask and it prevents EMP's as well.
