So its here. You guys been waiting all this time and I'm sorry for making you wait but its here. Here it is: Pikmin_Hunter's Moderator Application.

Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? - I am very active on the forums, I do my best to give positive and not meme/pointless/this is too op/hate type of posts/threads. I can't go on Teamspeak as much due to my mic not working, I've tried anything to fix it and it just won't work. I'll see if I can fix it. I'm sorry that if my Teamspeak hurts my app but I will get that Teamspeak up. I will get my Teamspeak up, I'm sorry that I haven't got it up, its just that my dad is really annoying in the background and my brother can be immature a lot... I'm sorry.

Which server are you applying for? - I am applying for MC-Warfare.

How old are you? - I am currently 16, I will be 17 in April.

What time zone are you in? - Pacific Time Zone (UTC-08:00).

What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? - I first started playing Minecraft about 3 years ago. I first found Minecraft while looking through the Internet, I saw this game called 'Minecraft'. I was really curious to see what this game was. After about a month, I bought a account and played for awhile, I later played on servers and found some really nice people, I did find one special person way back before I even came on here.

What is your experience with moderating servers? - I am currently moderating for freakiziod123's server and a Helper for BrawlerAce_'s server. Here is proof: http://i.imgur.com/qgJ53x8.png http://i.imgur.com/qgJ53x8.png (I'm not going to advertise the server IP's.)

What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - I will provide my best to the community, I will try to break up a fight before a flame war begins, I will help people if they are in-need of help, I will try my best to answer their question(s), if they are immature and inappropriate questions or answers, I do not appreciate that.

Expample of a flame war going to break out:
If a person posts a thread about like 'this clan sux' 'this clan is better then this clan' and hate threads. If a person posts a clan war thread, I will be watching that thread for any hate comments or other comments that can offend somebody. I will warn them not to do that and not start a flame war.

How active do you consider yourself in-game? - On the weekends or when there is no school, I am mostly on for like 4-10 hours a day. For school time, I am on around for about maybe 4-5 hours depending if I have homework or not.

How active do you consider yourself on TS3? - On a scale of 1 - 10, I'd say... I'm 1 or 2, my mic hasn't been working at the moment, I will try my best to get active on Teamspeak once I fix my mic. I usually can't talk much due to the fact that there is a lot of background noise that I can't fix at all... Mostly the reasons is that because of my dad and my brother can be immature in the background sometimes. I'm sorry that I couldn't get it up, I will do my best to get it up.

How active do you consider yourself on the forums? - I consider myself very active on the forums, however, there hasn't been a lot of me posting lately due to the fact that I just don't find a topic that I can't either solve or there is just no topic to discuss in that thread/post.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - I consider my greatest strength is being friendly to others. How am I friendly? Well I post friendly comments and I do not post hateful comments. I've been getting lots of friendly ratings on Intros and other posts for my very nice and friendly comments. Here's a exmaple of a one of my comments that got 6 friendly ratings:
These people who sent fake reports, it might be hard if they know how to photoshop well... but still, you can tell if its photoshoped or not. I'm a kinda of pro with the photoshop so I can tell what is photoshoped or not. PM me if you need my help if the photos are photoshoped/fake.

What do you consider your greatest weakness? - My greatest weakness is losing one of my greatest friends I could ever have... Losing one of my greatest friends would make me very depressed... I don't want to have the same thing to happen again...

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? - I'd tell them in a kindly way and warn them in a nice way not to do it again, I would tell them the reason why and tell them that they shouldn't do it again and I'll inform them the rules about not glitching/OOM on maps. If it is on the forums, I would inform them about the rules.

How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? - If they do it a second time when they were warned not to do it again, I would warn them a second time and tell them not to do it again or it will lead to a kick.

How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? - I would either kick them if they don't listen or warn them. I will tell them that it would lead to a kick if they don't stop doing breaking a rule.

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? - I would look up if their information is correct, if it is then I'll publicly admit that I'm either confused or wrong. If their information is wrong, then I'll try to tell them in a nice way that their information is not correct.
What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? - If someone were to say something very offense, I would report it and tell them that was very offense what they did. Now if someone where to post a meme, I'd report that post for meme post
When would you lock a thread? - The times I would a lock a thread if the discussion has gone way too off topic, if a flame war is about to start, I would warn them not to start a flame war or it will be locked for a flame war about to start, if it has been grave-digged, I will lock it, unless its a guide post or the admins (putty or owner) has requested it not to be locked, and if someone keeps posting pointless/spamming posts I will lock.

Describe yourself in 1 sentence: I am one of the friendliest person that you could ever meet.

Anything else we should know about you? - If I'm not in-game, you can either find me in Skype or the forums mostly. And now there is one thing that most people don't know this is that I have Autism. Yes that is right, I have Autism, however, I was only born with half of it, which that leaded to having aspergers. It took me 10 years to get over it but it will always haunt me forever... But do you think a disease stops me from doing things? I'm also a Graphic Designer, I got some work that I did in the Graphics thread section, you can check it out if you want.

Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with? - I would tell them to get back into the map and warn them not to go out of the map again, if they don't listen, I'll kick them and warn them again not to do it again. If they don't listen a 3rd time, I'll ban them for a X amount of time depending on what glitch they did, how they listened, how they abused the glitch etc... If they ask me to change the map just because they want it, I will tell them 'no' and I will not change it just because they want it. I will change the map if its a map with a known OOM or impossible spot for the infected to win.
Example Situation:
If a player asks me to change the map just because they want it changed or the game mode. I'd tell them no and not do it just because someone wants it changed. If they continue repeatedly ask me in rude ways like 'pik change the map you f*ggit, I would kick them. If they come back and rage at me I would ban them for a X amount of time for disrespecting staff.
Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? - I know almost all the plugins used, however, I do not know the custom plugins used because you don't share custom plugins or other servers will steal the ideas. For commands, I know almost every single command and how they work.

Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? - Yes, I fully understand what power I am using, if I lose my power, then I will understand what I did, I will be fine with the demote and I will not complain... I will not be disrespectful nor I will never abuse my power.

It is very extremely hard to get a mod app like this accepted and I respect all of your statements. :3

I know what your saying. And yes we do need more mods for like Party and War-Z. But I'm just not fit into those types.
