    So I have been reading a whole bunch of mod apps and I was thinking. Wow. There are some good ones, mediocre ones, and then those s****y ones that you question why they took the time to register. Is it just me, or is one of the main reasons that people apply is for a free donator rank? :confused: Because it is clear that some people do not take actual time to think it through and take pride into it. Try and look me in the eye and tell me that at least 80% of appliers are looking to get lucky with a good application and get rewarded a type of donator rank? Or I am just going crazy and everyone who applies really wants to moderate a server. Nothing meant against current moderators (you guys are doing a great job). And the I believe the real reason most people are not accepted is that they are aiming for a donator rank. That is why I believe that the McBrawl Moderators are chosen, because they chose to moderate, and are given a reward. Not looking for the reward, having the moderating job second.



    I realize this is completely useless junk but I felt like saying this. :smile:

    When these younger children log onto the servers and see these moderators with their cool purple names and everyone respecting and looking up to them, they tend to want the same. I don't necessarily think it's that they want a free donator rank, but that can definitely be someone else's reason.

    The staff members need motivation. yes there is some extra people that just want free stuff, but they are easy to pick out. In my time of staff before mods had "Free stuff" there was still horrible apps and it was kids wanting power. Thats what it mostly is.

    I can see kids desperatly wanting to be staff.
    In my eyes, it would make it seem like they think they are better than everyone because they are pink.

    People often apply for Mod to ban people that they hold a grudge against.

    Kids that apply (like my first two apps) just want power to abuse.
