Is the zombie spawn rate to high at the nether?

    So, when i'm at the nether I always notice HUNDREDS of zombies and IMO, they spawn too quickly.

    The discussion: Do you think they spawn too quickly?

    it isnt that the zombies spawn to quickly, the spawn rate is actually the same. its just that in the 1.6 update notch made it so that one zombie would "call" another zombie for help killing you. So, in effect 1 zombie chasing you will eventually turn to 30000000 zombies

    Also they plan to reduce the zombie spawn rate a bit.
