What do you think about people who "mock" unfortunate people?

    I have seen lately on mc war people blatantly saying things like "It's because you have down syndrome." or "What's up with your cancer?" I have to bring this topic to light. I cannot believe that people are sitting on their COMPUTERS and pretty much making fun of these people who are born with these horrible diseases. The fact that we can even move our fingers to type is wonderful. But then some people use that gift and mock others who cannot. And yes i mean MOCK. By typing "Atleast try to hide your down syndrome" or even just " You are retarded" is mockery. I bet 99% of the time people don't think about the people who actually have this. My point is this needs to decrease dramatically. There has to be a rule of some sort to prevent this. I am going to set up a real poll and I want you to honestly answer on the comments, if you would say these kinds of sentences. Honestly. Even if you answer yes, doesn't mean you are a bad person, it means you are aware and that is good. That is the first step of becoming aware of those poor people. Please also answer the poll honestly and think about these people that are suffering. Thank you.

    I am aware of it, but for this server, we can prevent things like this. I am not talking about the whole internet.

    Look, your post is great, but it is not insulting to me. It is just wrong. That is my point.
    Igoring it isnt going to help the insults and mockery to stop.

    Cancer is a HUGE insult in some languages. Worse than any swear we have, so I think it should be blocked by the filters as well and seen as game for the warn kick ban rule.

    I'm sorry, but I have to agree with olliesyd here. This is the Internet. People are going to be assholes. You just have to learn how to deal with it and move on. If it's really that big of an issue, don't go on the Internet.

    Err....you want honesty? Here's what I think.
    If I was on a streak and someone was saying I've got down syndrome and cancer, I'd just laugh. How can I seriously take the opinion of an angry 10yo?

    It's not an issue for me, because I know I'm not a noob, and that they're *trying* to insult me because they think I'm better than them. Whenever someone insults me on mc-war, I get a warm feeling in my heart, then shoot them with my Dragunov.

    This is a problem and people are aware of it but just like ollies said you can't change it. I say ignore it and if you can't do that than you have some serious problems.

    I'm quoting this from a mod whenever I called youtube "J**tube" (I really call it this, or noobtube). "Don't say that" "Family friendly server" And then I say to myself, you can cyber bully, cuss, post porn websites, but you can't say j**tube... And you can even do this now...
