    ITts not bad, but rather than simply using a rectangular map border lined with fences, why not make the borders of the map a little more visually appealing.

    Actually, minecraft snapshot 14w05a shows that Mojang might add barrier blocks to the game, so that can be used for this map, and obviously any other ones.
