    I found a parachute in game at the newb castle and people are calling me a hacker or something are they even in game ot was it a glitch

    It's part of the game. They negate fall damage.

    The parachute is a rare drop, that takes away all fall damage from a night above 4 blocks. Just ignore the other people, everything you can find in the game in meant to be there.

    Parachute are added in to the game to negate all fall damage from heights above four blocks. They are quite rare, so be careful with it. The others were probably calling hacks on you, because they had never seen one before.

    The parachute is indeed an item in game. If you obtain one, cherish it! They are one of the rarer items and they have a special feature. They allow you to jump without taking fall damage. If held in hand & right-clicked, it'll negate any fall damage.

    Im'a lock this up so people can't just farm posts repeating what's already been said.
