    you can't apply for "Administrator" but you can Apply for a "Mod"
    but first of all you need to be active, your new so… your not active yet, so don't apply for it now or anytime soon.

    To clarify this post better, you can only apply for regular mod. Global-mod isn't a rank anymore and super-mod is only given to the most trusted and hard working mods.
