Moderators should be on separate servers.

I can see doing this once in awhile for some fun, but doing it all the time is overboard.
I'm sure that this should go for all servers, too.

 

I'm so sick of this. This happens all the time. If they can't play alone, they are not suited for the position in my opinion.

 

I would like to point out that sometimes we like to play with each other on the McBrawl servers.
However I do agree with you Mark.

 

Literally, if I ever see Giggadream on, I ALWAYS see Mario, Darkchaosknight, Signatured, and/or Luckypop and Specknav.

It needs to stop.

 

I never new other people were fed up with this as much as I am . And your right, moderating is pointless if they are ALL on the same server

 

The time could be changed, of course. I know it can be annoying, so I'm trying to help. I know other mods want some freedom, so that's why it's only 20 minutes. The quote is because I posted it on the other thread.

 

"Mods have lives too" Yes, but there are plenty of regular members to play with instead of what they're currently doing. I only ever played with @ehvahn once or twice. One time, I was on a server with 2-3 other mods (I just logged in, I wasn't teaming with them) and I was the only person helping players in chat.
Don't apply for mod if you're going to do this. .-.

I play alone all the time when my team isn't on :L I normally just jump on a War/WarZ server, go in vanish and watch chat / spectate players. You have no idea how much I actually do on WarZ when I'm not playing. When they are on, I usually like to play with them. I hope you realize as an Admin, I don't have to play the servers as much as I do. Do you see chickenputty/bvo log on as often as I do to play? No. I choose to be as active as I am in-game, because I like to see to it that hackers are banned.

Take for example I do play with 1-2 mods online. One of them says a players is aimboting/force fielding and killed them. What are they going to do? If they didn't record, there is nothing they can do. That's where I come in.

Also, we're a team. I have many friends in the team that I have known for a while. Of course you'll see us playing together. I understand it can be annoying when we kill you we play together, but you guys don't see what happens in the background.

I feel most of these rants occur on the forums are due to the fact we kill the player on WarZ (i.e. We killed Captain_Mark yesterday, then this rant appears about us). Not calling Mark out, this is the same case will all other rants about us. When we're together, we make a very powerful WarZ team. If you die to all of us being online, you're just on the wrong server at the wrong time :X Dying is all part of the game, I don't understand why if 2-3 of us are online and kill you it's such a big deal with "all the staff online." If we were all online just afk at spawn just moderating chat, you wouldn't be making these rant threads.

Coming from a past WarZ moderator, I thought you would know our policies when warning players in-game. For those of you who are not aware, we require all staff members to privately message players warnings if they are breaking any of our rules. Saying it in public chat will only lead to flame wars. I, myself, have social spy, so I can see all messages being delivered on the server. I make sure when online with any Mod that they are private messaging the player no matter what they're doing at that time. I constantly see LuckyPop, Mario, specknav, and even Giggadream doing this. It may not look like we're doing much, but trust me, we do our jobs well. Before calling us out for not doing our jobs and being "too caught up in playing," be sure you understand how we operate here.

All of our Moderators do their job with helping players in chat and recording and reporting hackers. See above and read about our message policy. Just because you don't see it doesn't mean they're not doing their job.

As for IronRaven's idea of mods spending 20 minutes on a server alone, Peas, Gigga and myself already do this 10x over. We are on WarZ so much more than you guys realize, catching hackers in vanish and making sure all alternate accounts are banned. Just today I've banned 10+ accounts on WarZ. I haven't even played legit today yet, because I put my job before playing. I think the concept is a good idea, but most of the Mods already do so.

Over all, these threads do nothing but turn into flame wars. I'll speak to my team about splitting up a little more to please the community, but I assure you, we're not just never going to play together. We're all friends, and we're all playing WarZ.
