Resignation It happened.

Yeah, what was believed to be inevitable happened. As of yesterday, I resigned from my position as super moderator. Before we get to the actual resignation, I would like to provide a brief description of myself as a previous volunteer for the community, considering my time here was spent as an obscure character to most players and a few staff members.

I applied to become a moderator last June, 2013 and approved on July 12, 2013. I started off as a MC-War mod and was promoted to super moderator--less than a month later, on August 9, 2013--without any expectations of anything of the sort. As a super moderator, I was the go-to guy for hacker reports and bans and I was once regarded as the "ban monkey" by Chaploo and chickenputty. Before you knew it, the title caught on. I ended my career as a super moderator with the most bans previously recorded, with a whopping number of 2662, and as the longest lasting super moderator (without any vacations, promotions, or demotions) with 383 days. I am also well known for my enjoyment of watching anime.

As far as my motives for resigning go, they are your typical reasons you see volunteers resign. My sophomore year of high school began a few weeks back, and just judging from my schedule, it was apparent that I would not be able to use a portion of my leisure time for online volunteer work. I have two AP classes this year, along with one IB class. I also am the frossoph cross country captain of my schools team and I am a class officer, meaning I have to plan, advertise, and attend all my class's events. Additionally I have daily practice for both cross country and band, and I have my year long personal project for the IB MYP. That's not all, but let's just end it there--I don't want to give you my whole life story, and I'm sure you are uninterested in reading it.

Long story short, this school year will be extremely busy for me, and resigning from my position as super moderator will ease the difficulty of managing my time.

This isn't a time to be mourning for the loss of your (favorite) super moderator. It's time to let a new series of super moderators come into the picture and shine. It's time to be happy, now that that d*** who banned you and your countless amounts of buddies is gone. But don't get too caught up in yourself. We are genetically modifying @Giggadream to become the new ban monkey. My eyes are now his. Let's just hope that he doesn't pass me up in my ban count. Just kidding. I hope that you guys can treat him with the same cooperation and respect you did to me.
