They had no idea why they got demoted .-. THIS IS SO SAD!!!

I don't understand why both you and @CaptainBrawler got demoted. Both of you were great mods. Who you are friends with have nothing to do with how you moderate. If the game stays clean whilst a mod is on, he/she is doing a great job. If you arent BFF with the other staff, thats not a problem if you do a great job. Brawl has got to remember that the staff have lives aswell. If the are inactive ONE week because they are taking care of a family member thats been hurt and gets demoted, there is something wrong with the admins.

Anyways; I think that you were a great mod and really did your job well. Good luck with school. After all, school is more important than a server with biased management.

 

Regardless of whatever happened, sad to see you go. Hope schooling goes well and we can see you back ❣

To stop the circle jerk:

@CaptainBrawler was demoted for a long history of inactivity in TS as well as in-game. He's been up for demotion for a couple months now as far as I understand.

@SweetLava was demoted for her lack of moderator qualities (a decision I had no place in, for the record). Some of her posts were more than insensitive towards a large group of people, and some of her interactions with upper staff as a moderator were both questionable and some would say inappropriate.

It's a shame either of them had to be let go, but its probably for the best.

On Topic: Sorry you have been let go of your moderator position, and I hope you're able to come back and play soon. You were overall a genuinely good person and I'm sad to see that you're upset with the current circumstances.

 

I should of treeted u more as a friend even if you tried to do ur job.... sad to see you leave and good luck, forgive me for all and that will go right into my heart :,(

 

• Just that I've seen @CaptainBrawler a lot on ts even though we have such different timezones.

• I saw @SweetLava on MC-War a day and she was moderating like a dream, I've never seen a better moderator.

• (Last) I also mean that, many mods are inactive, but they don't get demoted BECAUSE they are a friend with a higher staff member (Smod +).

 

Yeah sweetlava was a better mod than some soulless super big gigga mods.

Considering I developed the system that logs in-game activity, I can tell you the moderators who were most inactive were demoted this round. Their relationship to a higher staff member had NO influence on any specific cases.

@CaptainBrawler had an activity time of ~2.5 hours in a span of two and a half weeks. 2.1 hours of which were not even on his designated server. (That means 0.4 hours were spent on his own server, aka 24 minutes)

To back that up, I've only seen @CaptainBrawler on the TeamSpeak during staff meetings, which is unacceptable in any form. He was also the most notoriously inactive staff member of TeamSpeak.

 

You have, but I need to tell you that: He have been very active on teamspeak and many players saw it.

Back to @SweetLava: You shouldn't be demoted, you was a great mod! I hope you will come back soon, so we can play again.
