What is your current issue?

Some of the mods on the forums post-farm so hard.... Writing only between 5-10 words for a single post.... (Generally they aren't even helpful to even a degree). Also, everyone has pretty much summed up in-game and TS issues.

Also if you're an upper staff member, get the **** out of parts of the forums you know nothing about. Don't be that War-Z moderator that writes in a war section "I think that M4A1 is level 3" or something stupid like that. Let the moderator of that section reply their, get out of that. I'm tired of mods from the wrong section posting in those spots and having wrong information.

 

@GreenPeas_ had an absolutely fantastic idea. If his idea was implemented, it would solve many of the issues that the Brawl community is complaining about.

I think that players should have the ability to be able to report a staff member if they think that they aren't doing their job well.

 

Just a note, they can always PM a Admin (Signatured or Putty) if they feel like a Moderator should be demoted for reasons.

 

A good mod
1. Answers questions in chat. I have asked you multiple questions before with no reply
2. Moderates more than having fun. To me you value having fun over MODERATING THE SERVERS

And about @EpicTyCoonX's part
bout the ddos threats and them not being banned, look at joeymast, we didn't know if he was joking and look at what happened to him!
Now let's go down the list.
1. Mc-war

• People spamming hacks and noob and other offensive crap
• Ctf has a new definition: don't you dare capture flag until I nuke the enemy 50,000 times
• People abuse OOMs
• People using kill aura
• People beg for someone to donate for them

2. Mc-warz

• All staff (exception of @ehvahn and @XxIronRavenxX ) value playing and having fun over moderating, helping, and answering questions
• Loads of blinkers, kill aura users, and loads of other crap that give them a advantage over other players
• Spawn campers with Barrett's and other OP crap

3. Minecraft party (it has been a long time since I last played so correct me on some stuff if it's wrong)

• Has the largest amount of immature players of all since multiple youtubers have played on it
• Rarely seen any staff on it

4. Creative

• Nothing bad or annoying here really
• Best community out of all the servers in terms of immaturity, friendliness, hackers, rule breakers. This by far is our best/friendliest server

 

Since @LuckyPop and @Mojang SEEM to be doing their job ok and still balance their Team Holy stuff, I'll exclude them from this.

First of all, @Mario, I'm pretty sure there was a question on your application that said something like "What would you do if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums" and yet you still got accepted.
Second, if the mods are huddling together and not really moderating good, then why in hell's name did they even apply in the first place?

Will probably write more when I have time, but for now at least ask the mods what their main priority is: moderating or friends. It is a black and white question, one or the other, and no in between.
If someone says friends, then maybe moderating really isn't their thing. That is completely fine might I add. Who says they can not be helpful if they are a regular player? Someone can still answer questions, record videos of hackers, get a mod on to have more authority if needed, and play all they want with their friends and not be limited.
If someone picks moderating, than they should get out of the private channels, focus on their job which they SIGNED UP FOR, and to not slack off whenever they find the opportunity.

One clear thing to state, something needs to be changed. If you do not see a problem, you really need to take a step back and look at the ongoing issues.

 

A great way to stop these problems is very simple. Hire someone that is not mod and then make them speak for the society of McBrawl.

An example is this:

Hire... Let's just say for this..... @BrawlerAce_..... Anyways! Every month the admins would be in a private pm with @BrawlerAce_, brawler would then tell the admins the main problems happening with the community, staff etc. the admins would then make it there first priority to fix these problems.

Alright then almost 4 pages of messages about how the WarZ staff suck.... Lets get things done boys.

 

Ok, so my rant is about pvp. The main problem with pvp is the hackers. A problem that has been around for a very long time is the
X-ray problem. I had a vault that was under a lava pool and someone just happened to mine a hole straight through the middle of the roof. When traveling around the map you would not believe the number of holes going directly down to a spawner or to some other valuable area. This certainly needs to be fixed. The second issue I have is the pvping hackers. A person wearing half iron can not survive a full diamond with strength 2 and speed. I don't care how good you are at souping, and half the people we kill have no soup left... Autosoup much? I think there has to be either a better plugin to stop these hackers or a person who is dedicated to catching these hackers. Parkman, Lord_Roke, legalskateboards and ritzy do their best to record the hackers (I can't record but try to help finding and catching hackers). If we had someone who knew what to look for if someone was hacking, and could ban that person without a video, like a pvp admin, that would greatly help with the pvp situation. Overall the pvp community is the best with maturity in my opinion. The other problem is mods ignoring you. Luckypop actually /blocked me when I was asking him a question... I do understand mods want to play the game and have fun, but they have to help too. I have been a moderator and an admin before and in both cases I put the players needs before mine. I do realize this can be a bit too much, but the mods certainly need to be more responsive, unless of course some new person is spamming chat with the same question the mod had previously answered.

A friend pointed this out to me just as I was packing my bags, but I left because all the other people left from my time because of staff.

I know a couple of my friends have been complaining about:

• Staff on WarZ all at once(and war, mostly WarZ)
• Teamspeak staff all in one room.
• Map abuse in mcwar
• Trash talking other players behind the staff in private messages occasionally. Tells staff and they say... Can't ban them for that... (Not even a warning or kick, come on people)

you can hear quite well that brawl mention a TON to him, honestly to me he did change and in the video he nearly broke down and cried at the 15:00 mark because Brawl meant so much to him and now he can't play on them. He knew if he messed up he would never be forgiven but he did change so he could still play on his favorite server. I vote unban joey

 

War is like getting banned from the real call of duty, If you get banned you don't just go "Owell It's okay."

I have stated my problems so many times before and nothing has been taken into account. I'll just write a list on what I have problems with and if you want me to elaborate on them then just pm me or reply to this with elaborate but don't reply no further than that.

• Specific staff members which I will state in a private document.
• The way some things are dealt with. Eg: In game warnings are pmed and are not public.
• Warz staff members. (Apart from 2)
• Team Holy
• Some staff members being biased.
• Some staff members are lacking in moderating servers and are putting fun before duties.
• Inactive staff members not being demoted. (I've seen their mod gradings twice so I know how inactive they are)
• chickenputty not being strict enough on staff.
• Some staff members not doing "sugarpops" on ts. They either stay in the Mod+ channel, AFK channel or a private channel for the whole day.

 

Mc warfare problems

• Rage / nube calling etc
• The moddel1887's range/ Misspelled name Smsll bug but turue
• Hard for new players.
• Some pay to win
• Some staff members doing jack****

McWarz Problems

• Pay to win
• Rage/rulebreakers
• Team holy
• Some mod doing jack****
• Barret50cal

FpsHG problems

• Spawns/instant death
• Getting team invites when you're already in a tea,.
• Donator kits being mod only.

Creative problems only one

• Pets being making building harder.
